Orders are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail or myHermes depending on weight. We do not normally require a signature on delivery; if you require this option please choose it in the delivery options or, if not available, contact us. Please be aware that the shipping time can be up to 5 days in the UK and can be a few weeks for overseas depending on customs; if your order is time-sensitive please ensure that you order well in advance of the required date.

MyHermesFollowing the UK’s departure from the EU some customers have reported delays due to more stringent customs inspection procedures in the receiving country. Unfortunately Morthanveld Publishing Ltd have no control over this, although we endeavour to ensure that all necessary delivery and customs paperwork is completed.

Damage and Returns

Delivery fees include packing and your order will be packed securely to ensure its safe arrival. If your delivery is damaged on arrival you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt and provide a photograph of the damage so that we can take this up with the shipping company on your behalf. We are only able to offer any refunds for damaged shipments where the shipping company has admitted responsibility or liability for damage caused. If you do not notify us of any damage within 48 hours of receipt we will be unable to offer any refund of any sort.

Order cancellations may be accepted at our sole discretion if they are requested before the music has been despatched. Returns are NOT accepted except in the case of proven damage, in which case we may require return of the material at our sole discretion and the purchaser’s expense before any refund is considered. In those cases our maximum liability would be a refund of the original order value plus the purchaser’s reasonable postage costs to return the material.

**Please note that if you order music for an event that is subsequently cancelled (for example due to Coronavirus) we will not accept returns or order cancellations once your order has been despatched.**
